Logistics & Equipment
Your Operations.
Zero Disruption.
We provide every piece of equipment your facility needs to run a smooth, efficient recycling program — spot trailers, rolloff containers, compactors, balers, and densifiers — all dropped at your location, configured for your space, and swapped out on your schedule.
Our transportation promise
Zero Disruption to Your Operations
Your team doesn't change what they do — they just have a smarter way to handle recyclables
Trailer Drop & Swap
We drop a trailer, you fill it on your schedule, we swap it full-for-empty
Right-Sized Equipment
Compactors, balers, densifiers, and rolloffs configured for your space and volume
Regional & National Coverage
We service facilities across the region and nationally for the right accounts
Zero
Disruption to your Daily Operations
We Work Around You — Not the Other Way Around
Our entire logistics model is designed so that your team never has to change their workflow. Drop a trailer, fill it when convenient, and we handle everything else. No extra headcount needed.
The Process
How the Trailer Swap Works
Our trailer drop-and-swap system is the backbone of our logistics model. It's simple, flexible, and built entirely around your schedule — not ours.
1
We Assess Your Needs
It starts with a conversation — or better yet, a free walkthrough audit. We visit your facility, understand your material volumes and types, and determine the right equipment and container configuration for your operation.
2
We Drop the Equipment
Once we know what you need, we drop a spot trailer — or set up a compactor, baler, or rolloff container — at your facility. We configure everything for your available dock space and handle all the placement logistics.
3
You Fill It On Your Schedule
Your team loads recyclables into the trailer or container on your schedule — no timing pressure, no minimum call frequencies. When it's full (or close to it), you let us know and we arrange the pickup.
4
We Swap It Out
We pull the full trailer and drop and empty one in its place — all in one visit, with zero downtime at your facility. Materials go to our processing facility to be sorted, weighed, and routed to their end markets.
Equipment We Provide
The Right Tool for Every Facility
Every facility is different. We configure the right combination of equipment for your available space, material volume, and operational rhythm.
Spot Trailers
Our most common setup — a 48' or 53' trailer dropped at your dock. Load at your pace, we swap when full. Works for most material types and volumes.
Most Common
Rolloff Containers
Ideal for scrap wood, mixed bulky materials, or facilities without trailer docks. Open-top containers in multiple sizes, dropped and pulled as needed.
High Volume
Balers & Compactors
For facilities generating consistent cardboard, paper, or film volume. Balers reduce material to dense, stackable bales. Vertical and horizontal configurations available.
Space Saving
Densifiers
For facilities generating consistent cardboard, paper, or film volume. Balers reduce material to dense, stackable bales. Vertical and horizontal configurations available.
Film & Foam
Spot Trailers
A spot trailer is the simplest and most flexible setup we offer. We drop a full-size trailer at your facility — typically at a loading dock — and your team loads recyclable material into it at whatever pace works for your operation.
When the trailer is full, you call us. We pull the full trailer and drop a fresh empty one in the same move. One stop, zero downtime. Works for virtually every material type: cardboard, plastics, metal, pallets, mixed recyclables.
48' and 53' trailers available — standard dock-height configuration
Drop-and-swap — full trailer removed, empy dropped in same visit
Works for all dry recyclables — cardboard, plastics, metal, pallets, mixed
No minimum call frequency — call us when full, not on our schedule
Zero
Dock Downtime — Full Out, Empty In, One Visit
48' and 53' trailer options
Drop at any standard dock-height facility
Suitable for virtually all dry recyclables
Call when full — no set pickup schedule
Containerized for secure, weather-protected storage
Multiple
Container sizes — 10 to 40 yard configurations
No dock required — drop anywhere accessible
Open top for easy forklift or manual loading
Common for wood, pallet debris, metal scrap
Regular scheduled pulls available
Works with most regional facility types
Rolloff Containers
Open-top rolloff containers are ideal for facilities that don't have a dock, generate bulky scrap, or need a solution for outdoor areas. Common uses include scrap wood collection, pallet debris, metal scrap, and high-volume mixed recyclables.
We service regional rolloff accounts and can coordinate regular pull schedules for facilities with predictable volumes. Contact us to discuss sizing and service frequency.
Multiple container sizes — 10, 20, 30, and 40 yard available
Open-top design — easy loading from forklifts, skid steers, or by hand
Ideal for scrap wood and pallets — high-volume bulky material
Outdoor placement — call us when full, not on our schedule
Balers & Compactors
For facilities generating consistent volumes of cardboard, paper, or plastic film, a baler dramatically reduces material volume and creates dense, stackable bales that are easier to store, handle, and transport. Properly baled material also tends to command better pricing.
We can provide and service vertical and horizontal balers in sizes appropriate for your output volume. Compactors are available for facilities with high-volume mixed cardboard or garbage streams.
Vertical baler — ideal for medium-volume cardboard and paper
Horizontal balers — high-throughput operations; automatic tie options
Self-contained compactors — enclosed for wet or mixed streams
Stationary compactors — dock-mounted for high-volume cardboard
Better bale pricing — consistent bale quality improves per-ton value
Up to 90%
Volume Reduction — Loose Cardboard to dense bale
Vertical and horizontal configurations
Automatic and manual tie operations
Sized to your output volume and floor space
Baled material earns better per-ton rates
Service and maintenance support available
50:1
Volume Reduction for Foam — Loose EPS to Dense Puck
Film: shrink wrap, stretch film, poly bags
Foam: EPS, PE foam, cushion packaging
Dense output commands significantly better pricing
Floor space recovered for production use
Equipment configured to your output volume
Densifiers
Plastic film and foam are among the most voluminous and lowest-density recyclables found in manufacturing and distribution facilities. Left loose, they take up enormous space and are expensive to transport. A densifier solves both problems.
Densifiers use heat or mechanical force to compress film (shrink wrap, bags, stretch wrap) and foam (EPS, polyethylene) into dense pucks or logs. The resulting material is far more valuable per pound and costs a fraction of loose material to transport.
Film densifiers — shrink wrap, stretch film, poly bags, PE film
Foam densifiers — EPS (styrofoam), polyethylene foam, cushion packaging
Dramatic space savings — 50:1 volume reduction for foam
Higher material value — dense pucks worth significantly more than loose
Floor-mounted or inline — integration with existing packaging lines
